dollar
charge
will
be
assessed
to
the
credit
card
given

reservation.

case
of

cancellation
within
48
hours
of
the
event,
half
the
cost

party
will
be
charged
to
the
credit
card
given
at
time
of
reservation.

deliver

insure

clean
before
your

that
the

are
in

working
condition

for

after
set

What
is
the
rental
period?
The
rental
period
is
four
hours
for
our
combo
units
and
six
hours
for
Bounce
houses..

you
deliver

set
up?
Absolutely!
HRI
will
deliver
and
set
up
each
Bounce
House
and
insure
that
it
is
clean
and
in
good
working
condition
well
before
your
party
starts
and
come
back
to
take
it
down
after
the
party
is
over.
Set
up
normally
takes
about
10-15
minutes,
and
take
down
is
about
30
minutes.
We
deliver
in
the
Hampton
roads
area
free
of
charge.
Please

for

outside
the
Hampton
Roads
area.
What
kind
of
power
is
required?
Our
Bounce
houses
plug
into
a
standard
110
household
outlet.
We
will
supply
the
cord,
and
we
ask
that
nothing
else
be
plugged
into
the
outlet
we
are
utilizing.
Placement
of
the
Bounce
house
should
be
no
more
than
100ft
from
that
outlet
(some
offices
50ft,
Please
ask
when
ordering).
If
you
would
like
to
set
up
a
bounce
house
at
a
park
or
place
without
an
electrical
outlet
within
100ft,
let
us
know
and
we
can
arrange
to
use
a
generator
for
an
additional
charge.
What
type
of
surface
can
the
Bounce
house
be
placed
on?
The
safest
surface
is
a
level
grassy
area.
However,
we
can
set
up
on
concrete,
asphalt,
or
bark.
Please
specify
when
ordering
which
surface
we
will
be
setting
up
on
and
we
will
make
sure
we
utilize
the
proper
anchors
for
your
event.
Are
Bounce
houses
safe?
Yes.
Our
Bounce
Houses
are
constructed
to
be
as
safe
as
possible.
As
with
any
activity
involving
small
children,
an
adult
should
supervise
the
activity.
This
will
help
to
insure
that
the
few
simple
rules
continue
to
be
followed
and
that
someone
is
always
there
to
assist
children
entering
and
exiting
the
Bounce
House.
All
of
our
Bounce
houses
have
netting
on
all
four
sides
to
allow
for
great
visibility
and
air
circulation.
We
also
utilize
the
watch
dog
warning
system
that
will
alert
you
in
case
of
a
power
loss
to
the
unit,
allowing
the
children
to
safely
exit.

Insured?

HRI
is
insured.

All
individuals
and
companies
that
rent
a
Bounce
House
are
required
to
sign
a
liability
waiver
prior
to
set
up.
We
CANNOT
set

an

Yes.

cities
require
that
you
have
reservations
in
order
to
have
a
bounce
house
at
the
park.
Also,
most
cities
will
require
that
they
be
named
as
additionally
insured
on
our
policy.
There
is
usually
no
charge
for
this,
however
we
do
need
at
least
a
one-week
notice
to
accomplish
this.
Also
check
to
see
if
electricity
will
be
available,
if
not
we
can
arrange
for
a
generator
for
an
additional
charge.

needed

a

You

to
provide
a
level
area
of
about
17

with
an
overhead
clearance
of

our
units.
What
are
my
responsibilities
as
the
renter
of
the
bounce
house?
A
responsible
adult
must
be
assigned
to
supervise
the
children
while
the
unit
is
in
use.
The
adult
must
know
all
the
safety
rules
and
also
be
the
enforcer
of
these
rules.
The
renter
is
responsible
for
the
safety
of
the
children
and
the
care
of
the
equipment.
